SeiXRwa — Real-World Assets, tokenized on the house rails

SeiXRwa is the tokenization service of the Seix ecosystem for entrepreneurs: your real asset, structured, certified and registered — with a clear route from preparation to operation.

This page is the commercial front door. The hands-on work happens in the workshop, and certification lives in AlianXa.

Our posture, in plain language: SeixTech is a technology and intermediation company, not a regulated financial institution. We do not operate as a bank or a fund. Regulated steps — where a licence is required — are carried out by licensed partners. Nothing on this page is a public offering or financial advice.

Two living surfaces, one route

SeiXRwa links — it does not duplicate — the two surfaces that already do the work:

The Simulator — your proposed route

Choose your asset, country and estimated value. The simulator builds a proposed route on screen — structure, steps, who does what, and an estimated timeframe. It is guidance for a first conversation, not a legal opinion and not an offer.

$250,000

Range in the simulator: $10,000 – $5,000,000+. Values above $5M are treated as the “5M+” band.

How the house earns — pricing honesty

Pilot pricing — proposals published for the pilot cohort

The house earns from fees for services to the issuer — technology, structuring support, certification and operation services — explained before any project is accepted. The figures below are pilot pricing proposals, not a quote, and are pilot proposals subject to confirmation before the first project is accepted.

  • Project structuring & file (one-time): under US$100K — US$496 · US$100–500K — US$996 · over US$500K — US$1,996, according to the value band.
  • AlianXa certification & registry (one-time): US$96 per asset.
  • Asset servicing (monthly reports, anchoring, monitoring): US$29/month per asset.
  • Builder add-on: If you build your project's platform with SeixApps: SeiXRwa add-on US$196 one-time — an informed, optional choice at ecosystem special pricing, never a silent charge.
  • Later, gated: Issuance structuring share — 2.5% of what is actually placed, settled by the licensed partner (the house never touches investor funds); and, where it applies, servicing on assets under administration 0.25%/year. These gated lines are shown in the simulator only where a licensed partner confirms an issuance route.

These are the same figures and the same labels the simulator uses in “How the house earns on a route like this”, so the estimated first-year total there and the list here match line by line.

Path A — Done for you

The house structures, certifies and executes: the lines above apply as listed (structuring & file by band · certification US$96 · servicing US$29/month · conditional builder add-on US$196 · gated 2.5% / 0.25% only where a licensed partner confirms an issuance route).

Path B — Learn & do it yourself (EnfocuX)

  • Training route (EnfocuX) — current EnfocuX plans: 1 month $296 (regular $496) · 3 months 696 RLUSD (regular $996) · 1 year 1,296 RLUSD (regular $1,996). The 1-year plan includes 3 personal sessions.
  • Platform & certification tools: AlianXa certification $96 — you run it yourself, with the tool.
  • Self-service monitoring: $9/month [pilot proposal] — reduced servicing while you operate your own registry.

All figures on both paths are pilot pricing proposals, not a quote — fees for services to the issuer.

Frequently asked questions

Is SeiXRwa a bank or a fund?

No. SeiXRwa is a technology and intermediation service of SeixTech. It is not a bank, not a fund and not a regulated financial institution. Regulated steps are carried out by licensed partners.

Do you custody assets or funds?

No. SeiXRwa is non-custodial technology: we do not take custody of your asset or of client funds. Holding, payment and any regulated custody — where required — belong to the owner and to licensed partners under their own agreements.

Who can tokenize?

Entrepreneurs and companies with a real, documentable asset — property, equipment, inventory, production, receivables, royalties or a business cash flow — who can prove ownership and are willing to complete company formation, structuring and certification. Every project is assessed case by case; some assets or countries will only support registration and certification, not issuance.

What does AlianXa do?

AlianXa is the certification and shared-book layer: it records certification and registration so a project can be checked in its public book. Start at alianxa.seix.net and read the public book.

Is this an investment offer?

No. This page, the simulator and the examples are information about a technology service. They are not a public offering, not a solicitation and not financial advice. Any regulated issuance, where it applies, is handled separately by licensed partners under applicable law.
